2011 Villa Maria Cellar Selection Riesling

Today we are pairing this wine with Americana cavair (White Sturgeon) from Lady Elena Caviar.

The wine is made from 100% Riesling. The grapes selected for this wine are from the Atwatere and Wairau vineyards.The wine was fermented in cold stainless steel tanks.

The wine has a straw gold color. There are aromas of stoney minerals and lime. On the palate there is flowery soft citrus with white peach. The finish is not sweet and is bone dry with  floral citrus and peach.
