The information collected on the Favorite Wine form is intended to be used to identify identical matches of interest in wines among the participants and the proximity of location of the participants.

Subsequent to a Favorite Wine match, each matching participant will be sent an e-mail notifying them that they matached and also will be asked for permission to release their name and e-mail address to the other matching participant(s). Only upon permission, will the participants’ name and e-mail address be disclosed to the matching participant(s).
