Here is a wine that is as elegant as its label. The label is designed by a local artist and is silk screened onto the bottle. The very pale salmon color makes a pretty glass of rose and compliments the labels design.

2015 Espirit Gassier Rosé

The wine is a blend of 35% Grenache, 30% Cinsault, 25% Syrah, and 10% Rolle. The wine has a very pale salmon color.There are aromas white peaches, cherries and salted minty herbs. On the palate the wine has a medium body and is nicely rounded giving it elegance. On the finish you can feel some of its biting acidity with its delicate herbal ,strawberry and cherry notes. Delicious.
