2012 Spy Valley Riesling

2012 Spy Valley Riesling and Americana (White Sturgeon) caviar form Lady Elena Caviar

Today we are pairing this wine with Americana caviar (White Sturgeon) from Lady Elena Caviar.

The grapes come from the Johnson Estate vineyards in Marlborough, New Zealand.

The wine has a light golden color. There are aromas of stoney mineral covered peaches and green apples. On the palate the wine is minerally focused with soft fruits notes including some citrus. The finish is short and clean.
