2013 Dog Point Sauvignon Blanc from New Zealand 

O My Setra caviar from Lady Elena Caviar and 2013 Dog Point Sauvignon Blanc

Today we are pairing this wine with O My Setra caviar from Lady Elena Caviar.

This wine is 100% Sauvignon Blanc from Marlborough, New Zealand and was fermented in stainless steel.

The wine has a pale straw color with green tints. There are aromas of tropical fruits with soft grassy notes. On the palate there is also some biting acidity. The finish is filled with soft tropical herbal notes. Easy to drink.

O My Setra Caviar (Osetra): the 2013 Dog Point  Sauvignon Blanc fills the mouth with the soft tropical notes and gives a dry finish.
